One Day Trip Lake Toba start at 06.00 am. Team Tour Medan pick up visitor from Hotel/Airport and directly go to Prapat via Siantar City. We will arrive at Prapat around 09.30 am, and our first destination is icon “I Love Lake Toba”.
We continue our tour with crossing to Samosir Island. Arrive at Port of Tomok Samosir, we start enjoy Samosir Island with Sigalegale show & dance. Sigalegale is only available in Samosir Island. People in this island believe it as the representation of a son of a local king or Sidabutar King. In the past long time ago, the boy joined a war and died young and make king so sad.
The king wasn’t able to accept the fact died of his son, so he made a wooden doll as the replacement like of his son. He named the wood doll with Sigale-gale, which is Sigale-gale similar to his son’s name Manggale. Next after Sigalegale we will hunting local souvenir Samosir, such as bag, cloths, sarong, shoes, ulos and others around 1 hour. our program at Samosir finish and we back to Medan. Before we arrive to Medan, we will stop for a while at siantar for enjoy fried bird culinary, Siantar Special.
